Andrew Lloyd Webber's Phantom of the opera - marvellous high-priced settings, fancy bejewelled costumes, well-conducted orchestra, (slightly disappointing) vocals and some pictures to keep this day in memory.

Honestly, the vocals of 'Kristine' could be improvised because she really sounded like the female opera singer of the opera. Her voice wasn't sweet enough and it was slightly too lungy for the words to be clearly audible.

It was a dress-up day for all of us.

There are discontentments about certain aspects of the play, but it was an experience of a lifetime.
